The Wood County Deputy Sheriff’s Association
would like to welcome our newest Deputy, Mike Deem. Mike
recently joined us after retiring from the Vienna Police
Department. We consider ourselves very lucky to have the
chance to work with an experienced and decorated officer
such as Deem.

Wood County Deputy Sheriffs are asking the
public for help: Please let us know if you know someone who
has gone above and beyond to help either the community or
someone in danger. The Deputy Sheriff’s Association would
like to recognize and honor those who attempt to benefit
others
Congratulations to Deputy Michael Cochran, who
successfully completed training at the WV State Police training
academy. Deputy Cochran will now be actively patrolling Wood County
as part of our road patrol division.

Thursday afternoons from 1:00 until 4:00. This is open to the public and
there is no charge for this. Please call 424-1929 with any questions.
